We had the pleasure of hosting students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology at our shipyard!
We hosted students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology on March 20, 2024. It was a great opportunity to share our experiences and expertise with young talents.
The visit to Turkey was an excellent opportunity for students from Norway to learn about the country's maritime sector and its significance for Norway. As Turkey has the most exports in shipbuilding, particularly in the field of fishing vessels and ferries, the students gained a better understanding of Turkey's position in the industry. As Norse Shipyard, we are very happy to be a part of this experience.
As part of the visit, we made a presentation to the students about the history of our shipyard, its working principles, and our shipbuilding processes. In addition, we tried to offer a stimulating perspective to young people who want to make a career in shipbuilding by sharing our recommendations and future projections in the sector.
